Two playbooks, one workspace
Switch businesses like switching products
The business switcher isn't a filter — it reshapes the pipeline, the nav, and the tools around whichever playbook you're running.
Local Services
Find businesses with a weak or missing website, and sell them one.
- 1Run a campaign by keyword and city — Huntform pulls matching businesses from Google Places
- 2Every result gets an automatic website audit and an opportunity score before you ever see it
- 3Approve the real opportunities into your pipeline; the rest never clutters your list
Property
Find motivated sellers, run the sequence, get the contract signed.
- 1Import or add seller leads, then let the outreach sequence do the first four touches by email and text
- 2The moment a seller replies, automation stops and the lead is yours to work
- 3Run the numbers with the deal calculator, send the contract for e-signature, match it to a buyer
Everything the pipeline needs
Built around the actual job, not a generic CRM template
Lead management
Search, saved filters, bulk actions, lead scoring and a full activity timeline on every record — built for a list you actually work, not just browse.
Calling & SMS
A browser dialer with mute, keypad and outcome logging built in, plus a unified SMS inbox so every text is one click from the lead it belongs to.
Automation
Recurring lead-discovery campaigns, an email-and-text seller sequence with automatic reply detection, and daily digests so nothing goes stale.
Analytics
A live pipeline funnel, campaign performance, and an agent leaderboard — computed straight from the database, not a stale nightly export.
Data quality
Duplicate detection on every import, missing-field checks, and a merge tool that keeps call history intact when two records turn out to be one.
Stay on top of it
Follow-up reminders, overdue-lead digests and renewal alerts land in your inbox automatically, so a busy week never means a dropped lead.
Property, step by step
From first touch to assigned deal
Every step below happens inside the same lead record — no spreadsheet hand-off, no separate e-sign tool.
Sequence reaches out
Automated email and text touches, spaced over ~12 days, always with an opt-out.
Seller replies
Automation stops the instant a reply comes in — the lead is handed to you, not left running.
Run the numbers
ARV, repair estimate and target fee feed a live max-offer calculator with a 70%-rule cross-check.
Contract goes out
Purchase or assignment agreement, prefilled, sent for e-signature and tracked to countersign.
Buyer matched
The buyer list is filtered by area, property type and budget the moment the price is set.
Pricing
Sized to your team, not a seat count on a page
Every team's mix of local-services prospecting and property wholesaling is different, so pricing is set up with you rather than picked off a shelf.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can one team run both Local Services and Property?+
Yes — the business switcher moves the whole workspace between playbooks, including which pipeline stages, nav items and tools show up. Data stays scoped to whichever business is active.
Do I need a separate phone system for the dialer?+
No. Calling runs in the browser over WebRTC — mute, keypad and call outcomes are all built into the lead page, and every call is logged automatically.
How does the seller outreach sequence avoid spamming people?+
Every message includes an opt-out, sends are capped per day, and the sequence stops the moment a seller replies, asks to stop, or the lead moves to a later pipeline stage.
What happens to duplicate leads?+
New leads are checked against existing ones by phone, website domain, name and address before they're ever imported. Already-imported duplicates can be merged from Data Quality without losing call history or notes.
Who can see what?+
Agents see their own assigned leads; admins and super admins see everything for the active business and control assignment, contracts and settings. Row-level security enforces this at the database, not just the UI.
